Returns & Refunds Policy
Not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item, and return shipping is free for orders within the continental United States.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
The following can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Pre-order items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed
How to return an item
- Email us at hello@thewomanconcept.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Get your return number: once your return is approved, we'll send you a return number and instructions for sending your item back free of charge.
- Pack and send: pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, write your return number clearly on the outside of the package, and send it back following our instructions.
Free return shipping
Returns are free for orders within the continental United States. For orders shipped elsewhere, please contact us before sending anything back and we'll help you with the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check its condition, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the item and processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show on your statement.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or style is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us right away at hello@thewomanconcept.com with your order number, details and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
